The data analysis phase of the Vulnerability Profile Project has been completed. The VPP is an inter-cluster humanitarian survey that aims to identify vulnerabilities in Area C of the West Bank. More Palestinians have been injured in Palestinian-Israeli violence in the first ten months of 2013, than in any other entire year since 2005. Israeli restrictions on construction material entering into Gaza continue to force the suspension of humanitarian reconstruction and rehabilitation projects.
